Considered by most collectors to be the apex of the coin-op gambling machines ever manufactured world wide! Created and manufactured by Charles Fey around 1895, it is also considered to truly be the first 3 reel payout gambling machine. A somewhat simplistic mechanism that was then emulated in nature by most other manufacturers of the reeled payout machines for decades. There are only a handful of these machines known to exist today and this example is in all original, untouched condition right down to its original reel strips, award card and finish to the metal cabinetry. In fine working order, comes with a padlock & key. Also included is the original wood box with manufacturer's label intact.
