This lot consists of a portrait of the First Lady, Bess Truman with her body situated at a three quarter view, as she sits in a wooden chair and gazes straight onto the viewer. She dons a hat with tan brim and blue topping with dark colored coat and a fur scarf. In the lower right corner of the painting is the artists signature. The painting is framed in a wooden gilt colored frame. Normal wear is present with minor craquelure on the canvas.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
