TIFFANY STUDIOS DROPHEAD DRAGONFLY TABLE LAMP.Nice example of the desirable Tiffany Studios drop-head dragon-fly table lamp has leaded glass shade surrounded by nine dragonflies with wings spread and heads extending below the bottom edge of shade. The dragonflies have amber bodies, red eyes, and blue and green wings with acid-etched overlay, all set against a striated rich green background. Decorated with random green glass cabochon jewels. Three rows of geometric amber, pink, and green striated tiles line the top aperture. Unsigned. The shade rests on a Tiffany Studios twisted vine base with light brown statuary patina. The base is complete with 4-socket cluster and replacement heat cap. Signed on underside "Tiffany Studios New York 443". SIZE: Shade 22-1/4" dia. Lamp 29-1/2" t. PROVENANCE: From an Ontario, Canada collection. CONDITION: Shade very good to excellent, several tight hairlines. Base is very good to excellent with some minor wear and discoloration to patina.
