Cast iron cigar cutter, advertising "Bloomer Club 5¢ Cigar" and a lithograph featuring a group of finely dressed ladies enjoying each others company. Complete with kerosene cigar lighter, red glass shade and two original wicks. There is moderate wear, displaying the original patina and some soiling to the litho advertisement.
