(1993?) 23 - 3/4" Barrel set with side by side 9.3x74R rifle barrels and 20 gauge over under shotgun barrels is engraved "Waffen Juch - Grund Ferlach" on full length matted rib. Rib holds claw scope bases and gold plated folding rear sight set 6 - 1/2" back from muzzles. Sling loop is soldered to bottom barrel. Coin finished ogee backed Blitz double Kersten action features tang safety and rifle/shotgun selector button to the left of top lever thumbpiece. Strikers are bushed. Triggers are both set and gold-plated. Action is engraved with near full coverage large open shaded acanthus scroll surrounding game scenes of animals and birds suitable for this combination. A pair of wild boar is on left side of action, with a hound flushing a pair of ducks on right. Trigger plate has a rendition of a pair of snipe in woodlands. Steel trigger guard has more scroll, and central gold inlaid monogram "RH". Dark marbled and stump figured European walnut extreme pistol grip buttstock measures 14 - 5/8" over black pad. Schnabled one piece forend has Deeley type release. Rear scope base is fitted with Docter Optic red dot sight. CONDITION: Excellent. Barrels retain over 90% original blue, silvered on sharp edges and around muzzles, two dovetails have been plugged in rib from re-positioning rear sight. Coin finish of action is still bright. Stocks have nearly all of their original finish. There is evidence of repair at wrist, checkering is a bit buggered on right side of grip. Bores are excellent. Mechanically excellent. Optical sight is excellent. MGM32.
