Nazi Marked FN Hi-Power semi-automatic pistol. Made 1943 at FN under German occupation. "WaA 140" Waffenamt on the right side of the slide. Serials on the barrel, frame and slide all match. Slide is also marked "FABRIQUE NATIONALE D'ARMES DE GUERRE/HERSTAL BELGIQUE" over "BROWNING'S PATENT DEPOSE" on the right slide. Unslotted frame. Blade front sight with a u-notch rear. Metal has been refinished at some point. Checkered wood grips are aftermarket commercial production. Magazine is marked "WaA 613" on the back. CONDITION: Metal retains 80% of its finish with general holster wear on the edges. Grip are excellent with minor handling marks and wear. Lightly frosted bore with sharp rifling left. Mechanically operable, magazine safety has been disconnected. Magazine is good overall with light wear. JWA
