Lot consists of (A) Colt Detective Special double action revolver manufactured in 1960. Standard blued 2" tapered round barrel chambered for .38 Special and mounted with fixed front sight. Other features include 6-shot cylinder, serrated trigger and hammer, and checkered walnut grips with Colt medallions. CONDITION: Good. Majority of factory blue retained with scattered spots of cleaned corrosion, including larger areas at the front of the frame, crane and muzzle. Bright bore with crisp rifling. Very good grips with a few handling marks. Indexes correctly. Matching numbers found on frame, crane and inside of grips (last 3 digits). (B) Colt Trooper double action revolver manufactured in 1967 and chambered in .357 Magnum. 4" blued barrel mounted with ramped front sight and adjustable square notch rear. Fitted with checkered walnut two piece grips with Colt medallions. CONDITION: Very good. Vast majority of factory bluing retained with light high edge wear and a drag line. Grips excellent. Bright bore with crisp rifling. Indexes correctly. Matching numbers on frame and crane. BAS
