DSP. An extremely nice example of this desirable sized and scarce Circa 1950's Porcelain Service Station Sign from Signal Gasoline showing large Signal script throughout the field of each side as well as red, yellow, black and white porcelain. CONDITION: Side one shows outstanding color and gloss throughout the field with very minimal wear. Side one shows shows five BB sized chips in the outer field, four of which have been touched up nicely and are nearly unnoticeable. Side one shows some very light surface scratches as well as a super clean outer edge and overall displays outstanding, Grade 8.9+. Side two also shows outstanding color and gloss throughout the field with six BB sized chips in the field, five of which have been touched up very nicely. Side two shows some very light surface scratch as well as a very clean outer edge free of any major wear, Grade 8.9+. An outstanding example of this seldom seen Porcelain Sign from the highly sought after Signal Oil Company.
