A shadow box display case with old paint and (16) exhibition horseshoes and (1) pick. The solid shoe is inscribed "These shoes / were hand turned / by / J. C. Roberson / Tarkio Mo. / June 1905" An amazing collection of shoes, corrective, display, artistic, working, etc. An included family letter tells the story of the maker and lists the use and type of "Uncle Joe's" shoes included. 38" x 27" and 3" deep.
