Japanese. Made by Yonezawa. Battery-operated and working but the stop switch does not work correctly. Some touchup to the base and one of the sides, the camera man on top is loose, and one of the rubber lenses on the camera is worn on the tip. Includes original box with just one tear to one side flap.
Condition: Toy (Excellent) Box (Excellent).
