Framed under glass and appears as near mint to mint as manufactured, with the exception of a tiny trimmed area at the border in the extreme upper-right corner and side. It could well have been stamped that way at the factory. The colors are stunning and the embossing is bold. Condition: 9.6 - 9.8, Near Mint.
