Nicely matted and framed under glass and complete with its original metal strip and a full pad. Some mild to medium roll marks exist on the calendar top as well as a 5" closed tear near upper right strip and a 1/2" closed tear at the strip in upper-left corner. Elsewhere on the piece is only a small stray pencilmark and a few minor wrinkles, along with a small pinhole at bottom center edge of the calendar top. Just some light soiling on the January page as well. Condition: 8.7 - 9.1, Excellent+.
