This highly documented 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS Sport Coupe is finished in Silver Blue Metallic over a coordinated blue bucket-seat interior. VIN 41447S178226 identifies it as a genuine St. Louis-built V-8 Super Sport hardtop. Early re-paint and retains its original sheet metal, including visible factory drop-offs and pinch welds. Equipment includes a center console with floor shifter, engine-turned aluminum trim, factory tachometer, push-button radio, power steering, SS wheel covers and correct 8.00x14 bias-ply whitewall tires. Condition: Excellent early restored condition. The Silver Blue Metallic repaint remains attractive, showing only minor evidence of age and careful use. Original sheet metal, body lines, chrome, stainless trim and glass present well. The blue bucket-seat interior, dashboard, console and engine-turned trim are clean and well maintained. The engine compartment, trunk and undercarriage are neatly detailed. Minor surface irregularity to lower driver side rear quarter panel suggests older repair beneath the paint. At time of evaluation, Impala starts with ease and the drive is very smooth.
