Iconic image of Uncle Sam viewing the Naval Review newspaper and advertising the Union Leader Cut Plug Tobacco. Cardboard advertising mounted in an antique frame shows areas of paper loss, some staining to Uncle Sam's coat, a tear in the cardboard in the lower-right hand corner as well as staining and water damage to the outside edges.
