Toy is with scarce original box marked "No. 255 Popeye Bag Puncher" and "1932 King Features Syndicate". Box is complete and has some creasing and wear, but it is crisp and displays well, with nice depictions of Popeye on two sides. Toy has beautiful original punching bag, and the arms and pipe are also original. Nice Popeye fighting scene on the back of the base. Minor scratching and wear.
Condition: (Excellent - Near Mint).
