C. 1890. David Goodell opened his shop in Antrim, New Hampshire in 1875. An inventor and politician, he invented the Goodell Apple Peeler that can peel and core an apple in 15 seconds. This is an amazing example. It is in original paint, showing some oxidation and surface rust that can all be cleaned. This appliance is fresh to market from a 50-year collection and is a seldom-seen apple peeler. CONDITION: No breaks, cracks or repairs. Has one blade and all components are operative.
