C. 1910. Marked for the Charles E. Hires Co. out of Philadelphia, PA on the bottom. CONDITION: It shows good color and shine. There are some areas of crazing around the lip and top portion of the dispenser. There is a very light chip shown on the edge of the upper portion. There are no other chips, cracks or repairs.
