An impressive example of this large neon single-sided rippled tin sign from the Burro Jim Motel that was located in Aquilla, AZ, featuring a colorful donkey graphic with articulating tail and ears. The upgrades include a new frame, new neon, new transformers and new wiring, all professionally fabricated and installed to make this neon a show stopper. CONDITION: The sign has areas of fantastic patinaed color throughout. The face of the metal sign shows hand-painted graphics with some paint loss throughout. However, the sign still displays great and has an overall very attractive look. Neon tubing is original in most sections and displays wonderfully as well as functions properly. In total, this is a large and desirable sign that would be a fantastic display piece in any collection.
