Lot consists of (A) Composite helmet of the Napoleonic era with dyed faux leopard skin and crest featuring the flaming bomb and head of Medusa and brass chin scales. (B) Second helmet with steel skull, brass flaming bomb and brass crest featuring the head of Medusa. (C) Breastplate of great weight sheathed in brass. Possibly Napoleonic cuirass. CONDITION: Helmets are fair, missing some elements such as chin scales. Breastplate greatly deteriorated showing battle damage.
