Original box. Lithographed tin. Rubber nose. Pull-lever operated. Works like a spinning top which uses a special long ratchet "key" to activate the mechanism. Marked "King Features Syndicate". Hard-to-find toy especially with box. Box has some creasing and wear but retains original cardboard insert for toy. Toy has very little wear. From the Collection of Carl Lobel. Toy (Excellent).
