Battery-operated. Working. This is one of the most desirable battery-operated Popeye toys. Battery box is exceptionally clean. Popeye's left arm moves, pipe lights up, and he actually smokes. Legs are loose as usual with this toy. Moderate scratching, especially on legs. Original box has some minor creasing. From the Collection of Carl Lobel. Toy and box (Excellent).
