Original box. Wind-up. Working. Toy is working properly and rolls all the way over. On and off switch working. Marked "King Feature Syndicate". Nice blue version of both tanks made. Lithography of Popeye on top of tank and Olive Oyl on rear of tank. Popeye on the front and one side of tank and Wimpy on the other side. Cut-out figure of Popeye underneath the tank. Toy has very little wear. Box is complete including top flap. Original Wall Green 55 cent sticker on the front of the box. Box has some minor tearing and creasing. From the Collection of Carl Lobel.
