Original box. Pull toy with original ball and string. When toy is pulled Popeye goes up and down as the handcar rolls forward. All lithographed tin. Toy is beautiful, bright and crisp. Slinky metal material underneath figures connecting figures to the handcar. Marked "King Features Syndicate". Original pipe and wooden bowl. Scarce original box has some creasing and small tears.
