Marked Harry F. last name has been repainted and is very hard to read. It starts with the letter M and ends with the letter R. Two stamps T&V Lamouche France in green. John P. Ritter Barber Supply Co. Philadelphia, PA. Has had top rim repair right where last name was. Repainted on top rim as well.
