Depicts a wallpaper hanger in the process of papering a room with wallpaper. Marked Frank D. Youngkin. No stamps but impressed in bottom rim is the word Germany. Moderate loss of gold to the bottom rim and heavy loss on the top rim. Some loss to the name.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
