Japanese. Working. One of the Linemar toys with a better action. Very popular, as Popeye spins his arm and twirls Olive Oyl sitting in chair. All original including pipe, bowl, and rubber hair bun. Very little wear overall. Includes scarce original box in crisp condition with very little wear.
