Large size variation with extremely rare original box. Box is marked "Jaymar Specialty Company New York City", "Licensed by King Features Syndicate Inc.", and "Blow Me Down Popeye The Tough Fighting Sailor of the Comics". Box is complete but does have some minor tearing and creasing. Popeye figure is all original including pipe and has very little wear overall with just one or two small areas on upper right leg. This may be the only box known for this toy.
