Japanese. Pre-war. Working. Unusual size. Marked "Foreign" on back which indicates it was probably made for the English market. Arms are movable and heads goes up and down when mechanism is in operation. Molded pipe in right cheek and color is exceptionally good. No significant denting or cracking.
