Typical to the southern mansion house greeter that were common in the 1910-1920s period in this country. The young man, small in stature, is typical of the period where a he would greet visitors at the home's entrance. In excellent condition for something that is 60-80 years old. He sits extremely well in a chair, couch and/or passenger seat of a car- modern or antique. A real attention-getter. He probably had some kind of advertising piece that fits conveniently in his extended hands. Provenance: Al Davidson. Truly a one of a kind item.
PAPER MACHE LIFE-SIZE BLACK FIGURE.
