Toy includes rare original box. Working. Base is 4 - 3/4" x 2 - 1/2". Tin litho with celluloid punching bag. Original pipe. Wind-up mechanism working. Made by Chein USA. Copyright dated 1932 King Features Syndicate. One paint abrasion on Popeye's left side of pants. Box has some repairs, numerous small tears, little pieces missing, and missing three of the four inside flaps. Displays well. Toy (Excellent). Box (Very Good).
