Japanese. Battery-operated. Toy has rare original box. Original rubber pipe, tin rudder, and metal oars. Working. Clean battery box. "#2" written on both sides of the front of the boat. Box is marked "Linemar Japan King Features Syndicate". One of rarest Linemar Popeye toys especially with box. Box has beautiful graphics of Popeye rowing Olive Oyl and Sweet Pea. Toy has minor wear. Some scratching in front and on bottom of battery box. Box has some creasing and staining. Toy (Excellent). Box (Very Good).
