O-Gauge Switcher freight train set. Circa 1939-1942. Pre-war. Includes a No.8976 semi-scale switcher with matching No.2227B slope back tender. A No.2812X Gondola car, a No.2755 Sunoco tank car, a No.2758 automobile box car and a No.2757 illuminated caboose. All have original boxes tender box is missing flaps on one end and has one detached outer flap. Automobile car box has one missing outer flap and caboose has all flaps but is missing one piece out of front panel. Train itself has very little wear some edge wear to cars. Stamping looks good.
