Japanese. Working. Includes scarce original box, all inserts and instructions. One of the most desirable battery-operated Popeye toys. Popeye's arm goes up and down, his pipe lights up and he smokes. Tin litho is bright and battery box is clean. No bubble damage on mouth and very little wear. A spot of factory touchup on inside of left arm, which is common with this toy.
