American. Includes original box, ropes and pipe. Marked "King Features Syndicate". When wound, celluloid figures of Popeye and Brutus spin around and simulate fighting for one round until the bell rings. Base has beautiful lithographed characters of Wimpy, Olive Oyl and other patrons around the ring. No dent in figures with one or two minor scratches to top of the ring. Box is complete with some minor creasing and one small tear.
Condition: (Excellent).
