Japanese. Working. Includes original box, pipe with wooden bowl and cloth-like pants. Marked "Linemar Toys Japan King Features Syndicate". Litho is bright and shiny. Beautiful lithographed bell with pictures of Olive Oyl and Wimpy on it. Popeye is riding a high-wheeled bicycle. Toy shows minor wear with Popeye's cloth-like pants faded white from their original blue. Box is missing a side with slight creasing and some paper loss on the top.

Condition: Toy (Excellent) Box (Very Good).
