Includes original Hubley cast iron Popeye rider marked King Features on rear of neck. Toy does have moderate paint loss and wear to inside of arms, legs and hat. He is riding a die cast Hubley Kiddie Toy. Police Department motorcycle. Cast iron figure from 30s, motorcycle from 1950s. This is a marriage and is not the right motorcycle for this figure. Some paint chipping and wear to motorcycle.
