Includes an Ivory Pistol grip walking stick mounted on Whangee Bamboo (also known as Pearl Bamboo). Whangee is the most valuable bamboo on earth. It was made famous by Charlie Chaplin. This fine example dates to the 1890s-1900s. Also includes another cane with an ivory handle that is known as a rounded "Bec de Corbin" or Raven's beak. It is mounted on South American Rosewood with a nickel collar. Circa 1840.
