Manufactured by Hubley Manufacturing Company. It is in working condition and comes with an original key. It depicts a man with a rope, a dog ready to jump, and a barrel. There are some paint chips, otherwise it is painted in beautiful red, blue, yellow, and black colors. The toy is very well preserved.
