Manufactured by J&E Stevens Company. It is in working condition. The bank depicts a standing man with a gun pointed toward a boy standing in front of a building. There are paint scratches and loss throughout. Otherwise the bank is painted in green, yellow, and brown colors. It is very well preserved.
