Japanese. Battery-operated. The toy includes its original box with nice color graphics. The box lid has very little wear and is marked "Made in Japan", and the bottom has some tearing on one side flap. The toy itself is tin litho with a celluloid head on the bear and celluloid duck, and has some minor scratching. It comes with the original tin litho umbrella with five celluloid birds attached to it and five celluloid balls. The green ball has a slight dent in it.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
