Battery operated. Very unusual toy. Has pull string in the front. When in operation, the head goes up and down, and the mouth moves. Original clothing, which is slightly soiled. Some oxidation and rust on the top plate of the head. Nice lithography around the base. Works sporadically. Bottom plate on the inside has been repaired, and repainted.

Condition: (Very Good).
