Nice "Howdy Doody" decal on chest, and "Bob Smith" written on bottom. Original neckerchief. Toys arms and legs are jointed with decal on bottom marked "Art Quality Cameo." Some chipping to decal. Minor crazing around nose, and one surface line crack to back of neck. Still retains original belt. Some repaint.

Condition: (Excellent).
