Circa 1948, Marx. Lithographed heavy tin, friction powered with battery-operated flashing roof light; contains two highly detailed hard plastic figures of "Dick Tracy" and "Sam Catchem"; minor scuffs and oxidation on rolled lip along base, siren light is loose but attached; windshield is slightly warped. Big, beautiful, and hard to find, especially this clean.
Condition: (C8.5 Excellent Plus).
