Interesting handpainted toy. Clown sits on top of a wooden piano, and arms, legs and head are moved by pushing the levers on the base. Arms and legs are holding bells. Looks to have original clothing. Restoration to the face. Some scratching and wear to the base. Combination of tin and wood, with a brass plate that says "Made in France V.B Cie Paris."

Condition: (Very Good).
