Circa 1979, Kenner, Hong Kong. Punched. The card has some small areas of paper tear around the punched area. There is a minor paper pull area on the upper left hand corner of the card. The bubble has two indents on it. Otherwise, the figure is in a pristine condition, and it is the 21-pack early edition. The card is flat and has colorful graphics on both sides.
