Lot includes: a fantastic unusual straight razor handled in sterling silver, Damascus steel blade of fine figure, marked "Sole U.S. Agent James H. Flagg New York" on front tang and "U.S.A. Patent January 2 99" on blade face, and a feature of having an integral lock on frame back where one can change the blade by pulling a lever, circa 1900-1910; a Joseph Elliot Celebrated straight razor done in wonderful high relief hallmarked sterling with a wedge blade, circa 1840s; a straight razor handled in high relief sterling with wonderful scroll work, marked "Mona Lisa" on front tang and "G.C.I.C. New York Made in Germany" on back tang, circa 1890 to 1920; and a J. Nowill & Son straight razor handled in hallmarked sterling, profusely carved with fancy scrollwork, circa 1890s.
