Made by Marx in the USA. There are no visible scratches or dents to the plastic part of the gun, however the metal barrel has scratches throughout. Gun does not include its projectiles. Includes the original box that has some creasing, wear, and tears to the edges and flaps. All flaps are attached. Box has nice graphics.
