1940s. Includes box. Set includes 671 turbine locomotive with smoke bulb, 671W tender with whistle, 3459 silver oar dump car, 2460 black crane, 2420 searchlight wrecking car and 2411 metal flat car with pipes. Tender whistle is loose and is not mounted. Train has mildew staining and needs cleaning. 2420 work caboose has light gray frame and dark gray top, which is a scarce car. 2420 searchlight wrecking car, 2411 flat car, 3459 oar dump, 2420 crane, 671W tender and 671 steam engine all include inserts for boxes. Crane has a rare cylinder for boom protection. Set is in very good plus to excellent condition, boxes are very good plus to excellent and set box is very good plus but could use minor repairs.
