Post-war. Includes original box with insert and wrapping paper. Single stripe and heat stamped lettering. Locomotive shows minor flake around one of the "0"s in 2360 heat stamped lettering and the same in the "E" and "N" on one side of locomotive. Decals are perfect. Minor bubbling to the paint in small areas. Stripe and lettering are nice and bold. Letter touchup on one side of "N" in Pennsylvania. Locomotive shows minimal use. Tuscan red paint has very minor chips. Nice clean piece. Box is excellent plus to almost like-new and locomotive is excellent plus.
