Includes tough to find original box which is complete with beautiful color graphics and is marked "King Features Syndicate". Some slight creasing and minor tearing to box, but box is crisp. Toy itself has tin litho ring with original string. Nice graphics of Popeye characters around base. Celluloid figures of Popeye and Brutus spin around when in operation.
